Facilitator is a professional meeting timer for people who run the room: chairs, coaches, trainers, moderators and anyone responsible for finishing on time. No ads, no account. Everything runs on your device and stays private.

What it does

• Run an agenda, not just a clock. Each item gets a title, a duration, an optional speaker and its own alerts. Done, Skip, Grant 5 more minutes, take a minute back, or Undo, all with one hand.
• Know where you stand. A running time bank, live variance for the current speaker and a projected finish time for the whole meeting.
• A display the room can read. Put the clock on a second screen or projector. The audience display never shows your notes, your bank or your variance.
• Capture decisions as they happen. One tap marks a Decision, Action, Question, Delay or Issue at the exact moment it happened.
• The meeting writes itself up. A report of what was planned and what ran, exportable as CSV or PDF.
• Built not to lose your meeting. Every action is journalled as it happens, so a crash or a flat battery does not cost you the meeting.
