ZyeproTerms of service
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and ZYEPRO PLT, a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia, of 113 Lebuh Bangau, Taman Berkeley, 41150 Klang, Malaysia ("Zyepro", "we", "us"). They apply when you create or use a Zyepro account, use Zyepro Notes, or buy Zyepro Pro. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
If you buy through an app store, that store's own terms also apply to the purchase (section 6). MScopes, TrueTag and Facilitator have their own store listings and policies and are not covered by these terms.
2. Who can use Zyepro
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms, or have a parent or guardian agree to them for you.
3. Your Zyepro account
- One Zyepro account works in every Zyepro app that offers sign-in. You sign in with Google or a code sent to your email address (and with Sign in with Apple, if you use it).
- Keep access to your email and sign-in account safe: anyone who controls them can sign in to your Zyepro account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- One account per person. Do not create accounts for others without their permission, or with automated tools.
- You can see where you are signed in, sign out everywhere, and delete your account at any time (section 9).
4. Your notes and other content
- Your content is yours. We claim no ownership of your notes or anything else you create in Zyepro apps.
- To run the service you give us permission to store your content, copy it to your devices and to our backups, and send it over the network, only to provide the service to you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account (backups expire as the privacy policy says).
- Keep your own copies of what matters. We work hard not to lose anything (sync is designed never to drop an edit, and we keep backups), but no service is perfect. Zyepro Notes keeps a full copy of your notes on each device where you are signed in.
5. Using Zyepro fairly
Please do not:
- break the law with Zyepro, or store or share content you have no right to;
- try to get into other people's accounts or our systems, test them for weaknesses without our written permission, or get around our limits or security;
- overload the service, for example with automated requests or scripts that sync far more than a person would;
- use Zyepro to send spam or malware, or resell the service without our permission.

6. Zyepro Pro
6.1 What you get
Zyepro Pro is one subscription that unlocks the Pro features in Zyepro Notes and in every new Zyepro app that offers Pro, on every device where you sign in with the same Zyepro account. You need a Zyepro account to buy it. Each app describes its Pro features before you buy. It does not include MScopes, TrueTag, Facilitator or Manaru.
6.2 Plans and prices
- Quarterly: US$11.99 every 3 months.
- Yearly: US$22.99 every year.
These are United States prices. In other countries the store shows the price in your currency, including any tax it must charge, before you buy. That price is the one that applies.
6.3 Free trial
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial on either plan, once per Zyepro account (the store may also limit trials per store account). The store shows whether you are eligible before you subscribe. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged for the plan you chose. If you cancel during the trial you pay nothing.
6.4 Buying, renewal and cancelling
- For now Zyepro Pro is sold through Google Play, inside our Android apps. Google takes the payment under Google Play's terms. We may add other ways to buy later, such as the App Store or a web checkout; their sellers' terms will then apply to purchases made there.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price in force then, until you cancel.
- Cancel in Google Play: Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. When you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and then stops. Uninstalling an app or deleting your Zyepro account does not cancel the subscription.
- If a payment fails, the store may give you a short grace period, during which you keep Pro.
- If you end up with two Zyepro Pro subscriptions (for example bought in two apps), we do not merge them: Pro lasts until the later one ends, and we will remind you to cancel one.
- A purchase belongs to the Zyepro account that was signed in when you bought it. Moving it to another account needs our support. Family sharing is not offered.
6.5 Refunds and cancellation rights
Refunds for purchases through Google Play follow Google Play's refund policy; you can ask Google, or ask us and we can refund through Google Play. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of buying it. Because Pro starts straight away when you subscribe, if you withdraw after a paid period has started we may keep a fair share of the price for the time you already had Pro, as the law allows. To withdraw, ask Google Play for a refund or write to us. Nothing in these terms takes away refund rights the law gives you.
6.6 Price changes
We may change the price of Zyepro Pro. Changes for existing subscribers follow the store's rules: the store tells you in advance, and where it requires, asks you to accept the new price; otherwise you can cancel before the new price applies.
7. Free features and limits
Much of Zyepro is free. To keep the service fast and affordable we set limits, such as how many devices can sync and how much you can store. Each app shows its free and Pro limits. We may change free limits. If we lower a Pro limit in a way that matters to you, we will tell you in advance. Your notes on your devices are never deleted because of a limit.
8. Changes to our apps
We improve our apps all the time, so features change. We do not promise that the service will always be available without interruption. If we ever stop offering Zyepro Notes sync or Zyepro Pro, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance, give you a way to export your data, and refund the unused part of any paid period.
9. Ending your account
- You can stop at any time and delete your account in any Zyepro app or at account.zyepro.com/delete. This deletes it in every Zyepro app. Cancel any store subscription separately (section 6.4).
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Unless it would be unlawful or unsafe, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data. If we close your account without you being at fault, we will refund the unused part of a paid period.
10. What we promise, and what we cannot
We provide Zyepro with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, and from rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded, the apps and the service are provided "as is", without other promises, for example that they will be free of errors or always available.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, for example for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50, whichever is more.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please write to us: most problems can be sorted out quickly.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add a new app or a new way to buy. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email before an important change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using Zyepro and delete your account before then.
